All services are provided subject to these Terms and any specific agreements or proposals we may enter into with you.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information about your business and project requirements
• Respond promptly to our requests for information, feedback, and approvals
• Provide all necessary content, images, logos, and materials required for the project
• Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights
• Make timely payments as agreed upon in the project proposal or contract
• Review and approve project milestones in a timely manner
• Notify us immediately of any changes to project requirements or scope

Delays in providing information, content, or approvals may result in project timeline extensions. We are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

Payment Structure:

• Advance Payment: 50% of the total project cost is required to commence work
• Milestone Payment: 40% payment is due after design approval and before development begins
• Final Payment: Remaining 10% is due upon project completion and before website launch

Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, UPI payments, credit/debit cards, and other online payment gateways as agreed upon.

Late Payments: Projects may be put on hold if payments are not received within the agreed timeframe. A late fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue amounts.

Refunds: Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as specified in the service agreement.

Client Content: You retain all rights to content, images, logos, and materials you provide to us. By providing such materials, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of completing your project.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final website and deliverables as specified in your service agreement. This includes:

• Final website files and code
• Design assets and graphics created specifically for your project
• Documentation and training materials

Our Rights: We retain the right to:

• Display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials
• Use project screenshots and descriptions for promotional purposes
• Retain copies of work for our records and portfolio

Third-Party Assets: Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, etc.) used in your project are subject to their respective licenses. We will inform you of any licensing requirements.

We provide estimated project timelines based on the scope of work. Typical timelines are:

• Simple websites (5 pages): 2-3 weeks
• Standard business websites: 3-5 weeks
• eCommerce websites: 6-8 weeks
• Custom web applications: 8-12 weeks

Timeline Extensions: Project timelines may be extended due to:

• Client delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals
• Changes to project scope or requirements
• Unforeseen technical challenges
• Third-party service delays (hosting, domain, etc.)

We will communicate any timeline changes promptly and work with you to minimize delays.

Design Revisions: We include unlimited design revisions during the design phase to ensure your satisfaction. Once the design is approved and development begins, major design changes may incur additional charges.

Scope Changes: Any changes to the agreed project scope, features, or requirements may result in:

• Additional charges based on the complexity of changes
• Extended project timelines
• Revised project proposals

Post-Launch Changes: Changes requested after website launch will be handled through our maintenance service or as separate projects, subject to additional fees.

Service Warranty: We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with industry standards. We will correct any errors or defects in our work at no additional charge for a period of 30 days after project completion.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Craftic Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service
• We are not responsible for third-party services, hosting issues, or domain-related problems
• We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or website traffic results

No Guarantees: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings or positions
• Exact website traffic numbers or conversion rates
• 100% uptime or uninterrupted service (for hosting services)
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices (though we test extensively)

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our website. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using our services for spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization

By Client: You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• You will be charged for all work completed up to the termination date
• You will receive all completed work and materials
• No refunds will be provided for work already completed

By Craftic Web: We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You breach these Terms or the service agreement
• Payments are not received as agreed
• You engage in prohibited activities
• We determine that continuing the project is not in our best interest

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services:

• We encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India
• Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
